1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused and in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used baby care products
- Personal hygiene items
- Items purchased on clearance or special discount
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your Order ID and product images (if damaged)
- Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or incorrect:
- Free replacement will be provided
- No additional shipping charges will be applied
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), shipping is free
